Copperwood Apartments is at 4732 Ocean Beach Highway near the corner of OB Hwy and 48th Ave in Longview in a nice suburban neighborhood. This newer building was completed in November 2017. We believe these are the nicest apartments in Longview WA.
These large 2-Bedroom Apartments (960 sq ft) are almost big as a house with all the comforts of a nice home, including AC, and all high quality appliances you'd want in a nice home, including extras such as dishwasher, large microwave range hood, large 4.5 CF front loading washing machine and 7.3 CF dryer (large enough to easily wash queen size bedding), and more. Each apt also has a free storage area and covered parking.
This gated community has secured entry to covered parking and apartments. The exterior has beautiful landscaping and a gazebo. The gazebo is the designated smoking area. The rest of the property (inside and out) is designated non-smoking.
These newer apartments have hardwood floors that (combined with strictly enforced non-smoking policy) makes these the newest, cleanest apartments in Longview. In our opinion, the indoor air quality is much better than in other apartment buildings. We think the outdoor air quality is very good (especially for Longview) because Copperwood is NOT downwind of the mills during normal weather patterns. We have never smelled the mills at Copperwood. So if you want a large 2 bedroom luxury apartment with clean air, Copperwood is an excellent choice. Come for a tour and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed.
